Trevor is a motivated, passionate, self-starting real estate professional with excellent skills and understanding of the local and regional real estate market.  With experience that includes 10 years sales experience and over 13 years as real estate investor, Trevor is a professional with a concentrated focus on residential REO and short sales.  Trevor's extensive background in Information Technology enables him to focus on applying cutting-edge techniques to fulfill his REO client's business objectives.  Trevor also has implemented solutions to work with institutional clients in lender initiated Short Sale objectives.  Trevor makes sure that his clients business requirements receive the dedication, professionalism and integrity of the entire company of both professionals and staff here at Fulton Property Solutions. Trevor is always available to his clients to discuss concerns, market conditions and other asset related factors, free of charge. For Trevor, client service and communication is an absolute must.

 

As Managing Broker, Trevor manages an experienced staff of personnel with an extensive REO background.  Trevor and his staff provide all the usual REO services such as property inspections, relocation assistance, winterizations and trashouts. Trevor has successfully implemented company solutions for field-use technology to facilitate faster BPO completion times. This has resulted in the capability to complete Broker Priced Opinions for both valuation companies and default servicing/asset management clientele at a rate of 300+ orders per month, with a target toward high percentage 'valuation-to-value'.

Don is a real estate professional with extensive experience in servicing REO clientele.  Don has over 15 years experience in all aspects of residential property sales, real estate investment, property ownership and management, real estate investment consultation and analysis.  After working over 20 years on the floors of the Chicago Board of Trade and Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Don understands the changing market's effect on the everyday real estate transaction.  Additionally, Don's personable, focused approach to client service has helped to build a trustworthy record of fulfilling his client's objectives. 

 

As owner of Fulton Property Solutions, Don has laid the foundation for a real estate firm that takes a boutique approach to the real estate business.  This  allows our firm to specialize in very specific areas for our clients,  whether individual or institutional.  In doing such, Don manages all aspects of daily operations for a full service REO agency, providing sales and services for clients with REO portfolios, as well as usual ancilliary REO services such as trashouts, relocation assistance initiatives and evictions.   In addition, he offers assistance to institutional clients with contacting the asset owner/mortgagor to discuss advance, proactive debt resolution options such as Short Sales.
